NOVEMBER 1! NEW GOALS. Every month I've been resetting and making new goals for the month. I'm starting at 155 and my goal is 146 by December 1. Holy cow, it's almost December! January will be 1 year keto/carnivore in ketosis. I've got left over soup for the next few days. My workout goal is to continue my walking and do my calf raises and stretches at least 3 days a week and work up to more. I think i need to start my upper body weights. Yaa yaaa. I'm procrastinating. No excuses. Let's do this and end 2023 strong!
