Apparently forgot to log yesterday so here’s that entry (159.6) and today’s. Soup had just a little sodium, but it’s just water. Did a mini walk yesterday and then took the dogs around Balboa Park for about 20 minutes later. It’s gone from a nice morning to grey and foreboding within the last hour, so i guess I will take them out in a few minutes before the seemingly inevitable rain arrives. Not complaining, we need it. Just don’t want to deal with Lili the mud dog.
Anyways, blob down, water up, muscle up. All good. Will row tonight since I didn’t last night. Trying to figure out if i want to do a rowing challenge since i haven’t been getting my pansy a$$ in the pool much lately. Not complaining, but long hair really complicates things sometimes. That said, not cutting it off anytime soon either.
