Monday is my goal day to be down 2 pounds a week. If I don't make it, I usually add a fast day. I'm so happy to be on schedule. my goal is to be in the 130s by New Years Fast. 🙌 My doc put me on a new med for my ISP/POTS like problem with my heart. it's helping!!! My friend has a really steep driveway, and for the first time, I was able to walk up it without feeling like I was dying. YEAH. No more discrimination from doctors. i think they blew be off because I was fat. I had to really push and change doctors a few times to get a decent doctor. what a shame our system! my meds are 700 a month. The doctor knew it was the best med for me but didn't use it first cuz of cost and insurance. In India, it's $35 a month. So I'm ordering from India. I'm hoping the least 30 or so pounds will help my heart though it's not a weight issue. I'm now on 5000 mg of sodium a day. that's hard to do. I wake up to chicken bouillon. lol. then a coffee. have a great day everyone.
