Edit: Have to go back and log all the noms from yesterday. I have to finish up some training courses for work later, so going to take that laptop over to the treadmill and see how my multitasking abilities are holding up. I did do a solid 30 minute row yesterday and got the heart rate up to 164. 6.4 METs, swimming against the current is harder, but i was breathing hard. The last all-out was four minutes and i would have been cussing except that would have taken oxygen and i was already sucking up air. I did finish it though. So there’s that. I’ve got to do some reading this weekend on how to better sync the rower and the apple workouts. Some tweaks have to be made.
Thanksgiving was nice. I look better, despite the temporary bump this morning. Might take some pics for myself so i can see for myself. It’s cool and rainy here this morning. I was supposed to walk over and meet someone for coffee, but worried it’s going to rain on me, so may drive. BF is headed back east for another 2-1/2 weeks. This is not how I envisioned his retirement, but i guess it works for the moment since I’m still working full time.
Numbers: blob is deliriously happy and content this morning. We’ll work on that this weekend. Muwhahahaha.
