I am confident that this drop is from the steroid shot in my right knee. On Wednesday I was 133 and know I didn’t drop 5 lbs in 72 hours. On the positive side I feel like I am back to the land of the living. Hopefully I can work on more knee strength and prevent it from flaring up again.

I didn't know you had knee issues. I've been whining about my knee for a month! I'm asking my doctor for a cortisone shot next week. Do you really think you lost weight because of the shot you got?

Friday I have advanced osteo in both ankles and both knees. Yes I think the shot had a lot to do with the weight drop. I could feel the inflammation from my ankle up into my thigh.

My Kindle Fire changes Fritzy to Friday and I don't always notice it. Fritzy is my cat's name. Sorry about your knees and ankles. I still don't know what's going on with my knee but I'm going back to the doctor in a few days. I can never tell if there is inflammation

I thought steroids make you gain weight! At least for me they do ..hope you get some relief!!🩷
