Thought this was a gain for some reason. Super late logging, but not going to worry about it. Took the dogs for a walk to the park. Good for them, good for me. Other than the cough, I feel much better, but I wouldn’t want to stand next to me. Sent my note this morning to the Christmas party hostess. So disappointed that I can’t go, but I suppose I can finish all the stuff I was supposed to do last weekend when this whole thing hit. Still taking off the entire last week of December. Need it.

My eating is, um, indulgent is probably a good word choice. Been sipping on chicken soup broth all morning, got home after the walk and scraped a little pumpkin pie sans crust into a cup. Nibbled on a piece of chocolate. I’ll try and get some protein in there somewhere and maybe some fiber. Eating what i feel like. Not really hungry. I did make a double espresso with a dollop of cream for breakfast. One of my favorites, but i usually drink a latte-ish thing in the mornings because I want the warmth vs having eight double shots over a few hours. Done that before, it’s not pretty.

Just recording numbers, not really worrying about them. Plenty of time for chasing data later.
