Wishing all a Happy and peaceful Christmas. A prosperous and healthy New Year . Will not be logging my diary or cals until 2nd of jan weight stayed the same this week hoping not to gain too much over the festive season . Will enjoy with my husband and family on both sides . I won’t go overboard however I do intend to relax and enjoy. Back to lose last pounds in January x
