Seem to be back on track. Drank tons of fruit tea yesterday, new favorite, Adagio Berry Blast, so good. I also drink Earl Grey, but don’t want the caffeine. No, I have not abandoned coffee.
Almost our regular long walk last night, noticed that i cough more when the temp drops, so headed home when the wind picked up again and I started hacking. Will wear a bandana tonight. Trying to wean myself off the cough drops as there are no SF in stock and the ones I do have are 15 calories each. Calories I get very little out of.
I was watching YT shorts late last night and I think I’ve discovered what breed Miss Summer is. She looks and behaves like an Icelandic Shepherd/Sheepdog, including jumping up on walls like a billygoat when we’re walking and hoarding all the toys in her den. She is making progress but I’m hoping this will help me understand her better and help her along to being a happy and normal dog.
Blob notching down, not sure why water and muscle are down as I’ve been drinking a lot of water/tea and moving heavy things. I discovered some other hidden calories I’ve been adding yesterday. I need to stay true to my protein and salads and plan my evenings better. I have been fairly good with the truffles, but I can do better. The good thing is that I’m still working on the same bag from the beginning of December.
