Weekend, finally. Already walked the dogs, started laundry and all that fun stuff. Car is home, got new rear brakes and they smogged it for me as well. So a bunch of things got taken care of all at once. Today, we go to the car wash and I will never skip multiple weeks again as I’m pretty sure my vacation from everything while I was sick is when the mice decided to move in. Peppermint oil and mousetraps are here. Hate to take that path, but I was really lucky.
Chance and I didn’t walk nearly as far as we normally do at night, but I came home and played out my squirrel on crack routine I do when I’m stressed until I decided to ski at around 10PM. Didn’t make me tired, but it did close the rings.
I skipped lunch yesterday, noshed on some laceys (cookies) and had an early dinner when I was picking up the car. Stuck with me this morning, but I have a lot of things I want to get done so it’ll be fine. Taking down the Christmas tree, doing some more yard work and then all the regular things.
