124.5 old scale, I made goal! -105.5. I'm 126.3 new. I didn't get to the gym yesterday. i was really tired so I slept. I ate a nice steak and took two good walks with the doggie. I'm snacking too much at night. A little piece of cheese, a hand full of nuts. it all adds up and slows progress. They aren't bad things to eat, but It's a bad habit. ok. I'm going to try to have a great day. You do the same.
