Blob down, muscle up, wore some shorts yesterday that kept falling down, gonna have to wear a belt, I guess.

Long walks and cleaning are all the movement I seem to get lately. I’m starting this week over with a fresh mindset and we’ll see where that goes.

Happy Monday, press on, press on. I’ll get back to posting pics in a bit, just working through some stuff right now and logging when i can.
