Puppy class last night, but I rowed beforehand and then I walked a couple miles with friends, but they are so slow… wasn’t much of a cardio workout. Thankfully did that with the 30 minute row, but sheesh, I don’t know if i want to keep walking with them. I think this is why I quit before.

I’ve been to the mothership twice this week. I hate traffic. Anyways, logging before dark, so doing good so far.

I walk slow. I joined a meetup walking group when I first moved to my house as a way to meet people. I couldn't keep up with them. I remember once walking behind the whole group with a man with a cane. I think he was slowing down because of me! I did walk with Bobby this morning that was 5000 steps. I think it took us 20-30 minutes. Sometimes he stops and looks at me as if to say "really?" I also hate traffic.

TBH, they also chat and gossip, which I’m really not into. I want my dogs to be social and get out and I’m happy to chat, but I don’t need to discuss other peoples’ lives in detail, especially the personal stuff. I don’t care, so I must be the shallow one. 😉
