Puppy class last night, but I rowed beforehand and then I walked a couple miles with friends, but they are so slow… wasn’t much of a cardio workout. Thankfully did that with the 30 minute row, but sheesh, I don’t know if i want to keep walking with them. I think this is why I quit before.
I’ve been to the mothership twice this week. I hate traffic. Anyways, logging before dark, so doing good so far.
