OK fatboy. You are going to love your workout tonight! It doesn't matter if it kicked your ARSE on Monday. You will stop at the store and get some compression socks to keep your shins nice and tight for your interval training. It doesn't matter if you didn't loose not even a bloody ounce in one week. You are human. Now get out there and make it happen. Also, no alcohol for you tonight. Your only treat after your workout tonight will be finishing up your pork chops from lunch that you are bring home and instead of the white rice, eat a Larabar and have a nice tall glass of water to finish up your foods for the night. You got this!!! @kpwcalories... Thanks!!!
