Overall good first day considering there was a slight moment of relapse in the evening due to not having proper food ready and available. See what those holiday weekends can do to you?!?! Stopped at the store on the way home from class and bought some proper protein. Still need to cook it, but at least in a better place than yesterday as far as having the right food around.
