Not worried from this uptick. The numbers don't lie.
I see the trend with my weight when I over do it with processed carbs. This is correctable because I trust my actions and I trust the numbers. I will return to how I ate in the first four days in October because: -I had tons of energy -I didn't have brain fog and -I was full with lower calories.
This sounds like a win, win, win to me. Just focusing on the macros specific to me caused the number on scale to shift in my favor.
