Ok I’m increasing my calories since I️ am at goal weight, I️ will increase them for 1700 a day instead of 1600 a day. Wish me luck, I’m sure I’ll see an increase in the scale ...and hopefully it will be temporarily n then my body can get adjusted. I️ can only hope.
