A bit of a slowdown this week, I only lost .3 lbs, but must keep in mind that I still lost. I also should have used the bathroom before I got on the scale, but at the end of the days, I weighed what I weigh. It's okay. I didn't cheat, but I also could have walked every night even though it rained. It was a choice and choices have consequences. My guess is that when I weigh myself tomorrow morning, that it won't be a huge drop, but it will be a bigger loss than showed up today.
On another note, crazy stress at work this week. Trying to let it go this evening. I miss wine, I miss HH, and I miss my friends. That said, I would have been cranky or stupid tonight, so best I just walk the dogs and start over again tomorrow with life. Cheers! Lifts glass of water. 😩
