心得:最近看了TLC的《食物診療室》,了解到辣椒能增進新陳代謝,所以中午的餐點都有加四至五根辣椒,我不知道是不是心理作用,但我突破了一段很長的停滯期,而且排便也更順暢。另外,今天做家事時也沒那麼緊張了,我常常把事情想得很難〔想像力用在別的地方多好〕,最後反倒給自己太多壓力〔做就對了,別像三歲小孩一樣無理取鬧〕。所以如果有最近加入的成員〔雖然我也還是菜鳥〕,我想對你們說:「別緊張,減肥沒有想像中困難。」

Thought: I started watching a TLC show called Food Hospital the other day and discovered that chilli peppers may improve metabolism, so I've been adding 4 to 5 really spicy chilli peppers to every lunch I cook since last week. I don't know if it is my expectation or what, but I broke the stall and have better bowel movements now. Also, I feel less nervous when doing housework today (fearing that it'll occupy too much of my time). I should've known I have (wishing that I could use the past tense here) the tendency to think of a task to be more daunting than it truly is and end up having too much stress. I should've done it right away instead of moaning and whining like a toddler. It's not that hard. So I want to say to newly arrived members here (I'm still at the rookie stage myself), "It is not that hard to lose weight. Don't create a terrifying illusion just like I do. You can totally nail the weight loss game. (I mean, imagination is better used elsewhere)
