On no I don’t ever run. It’s not needed for fat/weight loss 😉

Maybe, but cardio/running would not be an option. Heading back to the gym 💪🏼 would be my goal🏋️♀️
Now I only workout at home with dumbbells 🙁

I use cardio for endurance and for overall muscle coordination - life to build muscle and strength - Diet to fuel the machine. it all works together in balance.

depends on what you want to do👍
cardio is more important then lifting at the moment for me as I will be climbing a 4km tall mountain in 30 days hahahaha. no amount of shoulder pressing is going to help me with that LMAO

working out is important. working out to excess is just a waste of time. diet is great. cardio is a good way to burn fat. anaerobic or aerobic. depends what your goal is. just a diet will get you certain results. so really it all depends on what you want the results to be

No, there is a lot of equipment here anyway. My older brother has it in his room. It is one of those universal gyms, also rowing machine. I just havent used it yet.
