TheUnhealthyDad your posts are back to disappearing again. agreed on the not pushing thing. he loves to workout with me but hes only allowed to pick up some light weights for a picture that's about it. as far as him exercising he likes do all the body weight drills that they teach him at lacrosse, football and wrestling. I found a really cool video on YouTube that has him practicing some of his wrestling movements and he is all about it I wish I could post a video of it my 3 year old daughter has to do everything he does so she was doing it with him while I was lifting.

So stinking cute and he really does have a bicep! Give him 20 or 30 years dad and you’re gonna have some competition!! it is true. My brother raised his son, being very active and into weightlifting. And now they compete against each other. I love it. 😂😂👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻💪🏻
