I've removed the progesterone, and I'm finally not craving food all day. I haven't lost anything yet in April. That one cheat day was enough to throw me off for 2 weeks. I'm feeling better now. hopefully, I can squeeze out 3 pounds this month. Yesterday I walked a lot and did yard work. My knees and feet are not happy! I'll have to go EZ for a few days. let's go!
