Some people don’t care about their health all they want is rapid results when it comes down to weight loss.

*SLOW WEIGHT LOSS 😏🙌🏼👌🏼

I for one rather not severely damage my metabolism, I like to keep my muscle 💪🏼, it’s more likely you will maintain ( not start over and over again 😬) your weight loss 😏, you will learn about nutrition and balance of foods, learn what moderation means when it comes down to eating food 🥘 😋, helps you psychologically with the drastic changes your body is going through (specially people like me that been obese all their life😓), how to minimize loose skin...well a slow weight loss 😃😏👌🏼🙌🏼

Don’t be fooled by quick fixes, on the long run they don’t work

In the beginning I found it weird that doctors said obesity has relation to nutritional deficiencies. Over time it is not so weird anymore. Weight gain is often caused by being fixated on foods with high energy value, but very poor nutritional value. Doing the opposite, high nutritional value, low energy value is a nice track to reverse it.

I eat food. I try to make every meal balanced with high nutritive value. I’m losing weight. I’m working out. You’ve done a great job. I like that you are able to eat freely.

Some persons here, eating 1000 calories or less in order to lose weight, it's sad, I eat like that a couple of days a week: oatmeal and fruits for lunch and chicken breast and salad for dinner, but I can't live without my yummy calorie dense food 🍟🌮🍲🍿🍰🎂🍩🍦

my skin is damaged since my first pregnancy , you are also a mother and your skin looks better , it's not always due to fast weight loss

Yes😶 , I've reached the point of loving my belly with loose skin, I know that for society this is not a perfect body, but I feel perfect 🤗💃

Totally agree Rosio. My brother is into all of those fade diets - even some of the grosser ones like drinking ones urine *gag*. He claims to have not eaten or drunk water for 9 days and lost a lot of weight, which I'm sure he did, but I wonder how much he gained back once he put a fork to his mouth.
