Vegetable pancake~
🥒🥕1 summer squash / 1/2 carrot
(You can put some other vegetables you like)
🥚2egg / 100flour
🍶Some milk or water( I don't remember how much, just don't let the batter get too dry, you can leave the milk at the end so you can adjust the consistency)
🧂Some pepper/A little salt
🍴First, cut the vegetables into slices. The thinner the better.
Put them in a big bowl and add all the other ingredients to the bowl and stir well. 🥣
🍳The batter is ready to fry! You can use butter or other oil.🧈
Don't put too much batter in the pan, the thinner the better.
🥞Remember to use medium or low heat so the vegetables are cooked through!
