So, at 6'0" and 135.5, I seem to have found my perfect maintenance calories @ 2500. On workout days, I'm eating 2800 and the weight goes up a little the next day. I'm seeing a neat little pattern with CICO that I could never predict with any other method. I'm not losing much anymore - just slowly working up! Nice! 👍
