Fast hour 36. Not even hungry. If I don’t eat before leaving for work, I might not get to eat till 6 pm though... 🤔🤔🤔

I am still on the fence about fasting for myself (not being judgy at all). In all actuality 36 hours is pretty damn good! I hope you break it with something real yummy.

That's fantastic! It's amazing how before you start your fast you think you might starve and the reverse happens.

Adef I bought some electrolyte sups. It was a lot cheaper the the brand you use. It seems to work. No dizziness at all. 👍 it’s call flyby

It is surprising that those hunger pains that seem so important, just go away if you ignore them for a bit. I stared to feel a lill nauseous right before I took my break. I use to feel nauseous in the am when I skipped breakfast. So I’m sure that feeling is probably temporary. Maybe next time I will try for 48 hours!

@CrashtestDawnie - Ok if you PROMISE you're taking your supplements and you're taking enough. … I literally have to put electrolyte supplements in Gatorade and force @PrincessValerie to drink it each day... You're so lucky you live too far away for me to get to you... :)

Lite salt has all you need for sodim and potassium and add a magnesium sup. No need for any 10$ drink! Lite salt is only about 2 bucks. Then add your vitamins and pink salt. Ezzz and yup a must

Remember— electrolyte imbalance— too much or too little— will KILL YOU. in the ER when we got paramedic calls they would call it— coming in with a DD — dead dieter.
