Not bad considering I ate 1000 calories more than usual.🐖 have I mentioned I love getting together with family and enjoying food ? 😋😌 gain totally worth it 😏🙌🏼

So many people think “gaining” is so horrible. We all gain once in a while when we are out celebrating and enjoying events. That is normal. The problem becomes when a person can’t stop and continues to gorge and is unable to just normally return to their everyday way of eating. You have done a good job with that Rosio.
