Each time I think I'm over this cough, it morphs into something else - just go away already!!

Ive got big plans for the gym on Monday, so I'm putting you on notice, chest! You have 2 more days of sickness, then I'm coming for you! 😠

Get some fresh ginger and grind up a teaspoon in hot water. (Can add honey depending on carb situation). (When I was short on time I went to Tokyo Joes, asked for a couple sides of ginger and a bottle of water-Lasted for days with no effort)

A year ago I had a cough I couldn't shake. When I finally went to the doctor she said that I was in an endless cycle where the cough irritated my throat which led to coughing. She wrote me an Rx for serious cough syrup (and had been using OTC) and it was gone in a couple of days.

Mine was around for a month..wasn't fun. I never get sick either.

Try eating pineapple- fresh preferably, but you can also sip on pineapple juice. Pineapple contains bromalin which is one of the active ingredients in many cough syrups.
