Since this Monday I noticed that I lost my morning appetite, it’s been 3 days in a row already. I added 200 calories to my daily intake last week, I know this is why i lost my morning appetite.

I have 2 reason of why this is bad!

*1st if I allow my body to be ok with less calories it will adapt to less calories!
I truly love all foods, I’m not about to jeopardize the amount of calories I eat.

*Also I’m trying to gain 4 lbs of muscle I need fuel for this to happen. If I don’t eat this won’t happen.

Once you know your body you detect changes very quickly.
