Today is my last day on a deficit!!! 🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉😋 I will be refeeding this (my) 5 day weekend in Laughlin NV. I will try my best to not count calories and to listen to my body 🤰 (when it comes down to food 🤪) and when I come back I’ll eat at maintenance again. I will eat 2200-2300 calories a day. Goal is still being under 125lbs at 5’1 tall. Enjoy your holiday FS 🎆
