well go figure. I had keto ice cream, inflammation. I keep saying, just once once a week maybe I can have a treat. I guess not. 🙅 👎 so I decide to what the heck and went and got 1 slice of the local pizza. well well, the guy there has,lost about 100 keto 😂,I said I'm see him in about 3 months when I want to break ketosis. THEN he said he has keto pizza haha for only $10 ohh man. sucks to be me so sensitive to dairy. maybe I can try goat cheese 🧀 I'll be back into ketosis in 2 days, all good.
