Holding, although body fat percentage went from 37% yesterday to 42% this morning. This is why I have no faith in the BMI on this scale other then watching overall trends. I shouldn’t be dehydrated, I’ve been drinking lots of liquids with some salt. Feeling almost normal this morning, we’ll see how it goes as I have a busy day ahead. I can change that number by drinking a glass of water or using the bathroom. 🤪
