I'll take it! half pound, bam. almost out of food, and I have been waiting for me to go on sale before I stock up . In the evenings I have been drinking my no carb Syntrax nectire protein shake. I haven't had them because it is processed and probably digested very quickly even though there are no carbs. but hmmm , I'm losing well drinking them . I only drink them because I'm hungry in the afternoon. I'm still one meal a day. I will go to the doctor on Thursday and give you an update . keto on

Liv001 yes whey, I spelled it wrong, Syntrax Nectar, make sure you find the NECTAR ones, they are the zero carb. Tastes great and mixed well. I have tried many and I will only get these.

Liv001 it's not in most stores, I get mine at vitacoast for best price. I use to get it at vitamin shop but I think they quit selling it because it was better than their brands and I know GNC doesn't have it.
