Thank you rosio❣️I am 3 lbs from my lowest adult weight that I touched for a day last year. It feels unreal. I usually feel the urge to eat a lot when I get to a low weight. I don’t feel any of that right now. #intuitiveeating

Yes, I remember touching goal and skyrocketing a few times. This method less frantic and more zen like. It’s slow but I’m not racing anyone.

I like being strong, even if that means not being my lightest. Right now I’m taking a break from fighting people, so I don’t need to be so strong. Focused on losing fat and maintaining my strength. I’m so glad that you two are in my life. You see what I was doing wrong and guided me in the right direction. I had to do the work but sometimes we need a GPS for fatloss.

Aww this is so awesome. You are doing so well! I usually fight the urge to eat when I hit a low also, so I’m trying to be more intuitive as well, in the hopes to remove those urges. Bravo!!

Adultosaur, before I would reach my goal doing strict dieting, so when I I got to the goal I would go wild. It helped once I had consistency in my diet, I know pretty much what I’ll be eating for a few days at a time. Kinda like a kid getting potty trained, you look for signs that they’re ready... before you take off the diaper. (I used to work at a daycare.) We have a few intuitive dieters here, use the hashtag “#intuitiveeating” so we can spot you. ☺️☺️☺️
