ok I don't know what is happening, BUT YEAH! ANOTHER 1.5 pounds. 153.5 💥 happy Thanksgiving! I have no plans but to clean my house and cook these turkeys I have. I'm out walking my dog share my success . I'm trying to figure out why I'm losing and honestly I'm not doing much differently . have an awesome day. keto carnivore on!
