No movement except in overall composition and let me tell ya, I drank a ton of water all day yesterday and last night. Much less puffy. I did a couple different five minute treadmill sessions during the day. Did some quick yard pick up from last week's storm for trash day and got zero credit for that which is annoying. I need to remember to turn the watch on when I do that type of stuff. Right now, it feels like I'm doing okay and I may get past this little episode with minimal effects. Need to stay on my toes though. I'll do a couple more super low fiber, lots of water, gentle exercise. It's sunny today, so may even jump in the pool if I have a quiet break.

I worked on my office space this past weekend as well. I got a new roof a couple years ago and once I had those overhead faucets removed (big leaks), the space took on a new life. I am moving stuff that got stored here out, getting rid of most of it and will move it so that 1/2 is office, 1/2 is gym/crafting space. Been doing a little each day. I need to take some before pics soon so I don't forget where I started from.

This is the diverticulitis< It comes and goes? My MIL has it and it seems to be constant with her. Hope you can work that water out. I drink a lot of water. It is so dry inside now I feel like a prune.

Yup, Liv, it’s the lovely swollen on the insides thing. Your MIL needs to figure out her triggers if it’s constant. I have to move, i have to eat fiber unless i feel it coming on and then i drop all fiber and eat bland with lots of fluid until it subsides along with anti inflammatory to try and get through without drama. I’m assuming this time was stress, i do let it get to me. For me, i think it’s hereditary. Don’t know about others.

That was interesting info. MY MIL has her own theories and maybe some of dr Ozs. I think she avoid a lot of fibers and nuts.
