Okay then - sorry to hear about that but - now I have at least one more day to lose that one pound. I am right there with you...boy - between the two of us you would imagine that we could lose - just one pound - since we both have experience. Too funny.

I cut my calories right back today to under 1,000 - trying to knock that weight loss out there --- Bat it out the park - we have been "slumming" around the same 159.2 for 3 or 4 days.... this is the hardest pound that I have ever had to lose - I cannot believe it. My underparts are all fine and everything is working - my water levels are good - I increased my activity a bit - waiting to get down to the 150 pounds before starting a thing new ..... and this one pound is hanging in there and Stinky is clinging to the one pound like it is "gold" --- Stinky is a fool.

Yep - clear liquids - like water... idk - I usually eat food - some lemon juice - chicken broth soup - jello?

Actually finally my night weight is down by 1.2 pounds - so there may be some hope after all for tomorrow morning. Maybe - I am losing faith here.

I walked --- okay --- I walked "fast enough" around the kitchen in circles and then I walked back and forth in the halls for 20 minutes - at a "medium" pace - so I put in 30 minutes walking today - I am going to incorporate that every day - before I eat lunch --- and maybe again after dinner. IF - I lose weight tomorrow - I may have a tomato and bacon sandwich - since I happen to have both at once - and it is one of my favourite - and I have not had one for 6 months. +++ Canadians do not celebrate the US Thanksgiving - so I did not get any turkey or pie --- though it looked really good ---- I think I stopped losing because the photos. Sure - why not - that sounds probable...ahha.

I do not eat food any more --- I just look at photos of food. In my family - if we look at food we gain weight --- some genetic "survival" throw back from the Irish potato famine.

You could make an entire Nation of Ireland - gain one pound each by showing a photo of a potato salad.
