Increased daily cals by 200 yesterday and will stick with that same amount for a week and see how it goes! Thanks for your input and concern...I am also planning to schedule appt with a nutritionist (already got the referral) 😉❄

I increased my CI today - by 500 - This was planned and logged - was intentional not an accident. Jarring the metabolism - That does work. (Like using up all of the energy from the food to crawl over a big rock - to get to the next food)

Crystal thank you for not starving your body of nutrients!👍 I think that is a good target! I lost my weight at 1700 and then at green line lowered it to 1300, but I am always usually going over that.🙃
