I do prefer measurement myself. I use those a lot more often than the scale these days

@crystal I am so glad to see you and I miss you too 🤗no worries. I did what I can also today my side and arms are still sore after the workout and that’s with 3lb weights lol.

@pinay...Well, I'm taking the rest of the day off! LOL (Remember, I'm retired😉) I was only using 2lb weights and had to put THOSE down midway through the session. It's not Letty's fault, I think I have been overdoing it in a LOT of ways over the last week.🤦‍♀️
