thanks acomandr I know I didn't actually gain 4.6 pounds in one day of eating even if I did do a refeed day and ate about 200 calories over maintenance. I'm sure tommorow it will drop down again. towards a more legitimate weight. the heat has taken a major toll on me at work the past few days and I have been starving so it was nice to slam down some extra calories in between getting called back out twice after thinking my day was over and done with.

misChelle__. It's a day where you take a partial diet break and eat approximately what uour maintnace calories are so your not losing any weight this day but your not gaining any either. In this case I went about 200 over so allitle past what I should have but this weight in was just nuts and will bounce back down soon enough. Deffintly my furthest single day weight swing. I like to do a refeed day every other week.
