We will chalk the bump up to restaurant food. Water up, muscle up, blob down. I have to figure out why my steps were so low when I left the house and walked for parking, etc. just weird.

it's strange, there's peak drama happening everywhere all at once. just keeping my head down and hoping it passes quickly. be nice to someone today, you don't know what they're going through when they're not in your line of sight. nowhere near a full moon either. sadly.
