Happy Saturday, no real exercise yesterday, but did a payday shopping trip and loaded up on proteins and then had to put them in the freezer. Up to 2.1 MPH on the treadmill while typing this. Still prefer the Mac to the Dell I use for work. Just a more ergonomic feel for this. Note that I'm not counting this as "exercise" it's just movement instead of sitting on my butt while I'm playing with the computer. Sadie is doing much better today. Compared to last weekend, a total miracle. There are going to be ups and downs, but that was a scary one. One more chemo session after this, fingers crossed we hit full remission.
