I am surprised by that. I thought I would have recorded a loss today. I was down 400g at one point during the week and my body composition looks better. I looked real soft after covid.
Performance at pool and gym really good so happy about that and 2 new swimming costumes ordered. New kit always spurs me on!

BTW, when my old swimming costumes start giving up, I wear 2 at once. That way you get another 6 months out of them. It also creates drag, making it a harder workout so a new costume, worn on its own, is a real treat!!
