So this is water retention and it’s fine. I have been taking in a relative ton of salt for me with the chicken soup. I’m not overeating, but I’m also not moving as much as normal. I thought I’d been drinking enough water to offset but looks like i need to drink more, albeit carefully. I do feel better overall, but I cannot shake the cough once I start talking. My brain is working again and I’m thankful for that. Hoping the next two weeks are slow at work. I’m planning on taking time off next week and I’d like to hold to that.

I still don’t have my tree up. It’s an energy thing. I had two little girls in elf costumes show up in my front yard yesterday looking at the Christmas decorations, so I’m pleased that i put my effort in there. Just a really cute moment.

Gonna hit enter on the weight and move on with my day.
