eeks a gain. I'm waking up feeling very good for a change. yeah. I'm ok with the gain. We eb and flow with water etc. what I'm not ok with is my attempt to make cookies and give them away. My target recipients became sick and I was stuck with a massive amount of cookies for 5 days. Not good for me. I was not able to resist. I went out of ketosis into a sugar coma. I'm back into ketosis but it took about 3 days of fighting cravings and swelling that i haven't felt in months. it was awful. True detox! I was so tired i didn't want to go on my walks. My mind slipped into a depressive state. My knees started to ache again, too. That's what carbs do to me. I had a nice filet yesterday and will have a ribeye today. DETOX! I won't meet my March goal, so I'll readjust. I still should lose 5 pounds in March. I'll have to step up my game just a little. have a great day. I'm doing yard work. I'll have to take a before and after. it's truly a disaster!
