Happy Sunday All! Hoping everyone is safe, as usual, and worry about those who may be impacted by what's happening. Additionally, worried about members that are in states that may not be under an order to remain at home ... be careful when out and about!

2 x 12 swiss ball knee tuck+pushups
12 kb goblet squats w push press
20 hip ups
12 kb hang-clean-presses
30 swiss ball glute bridges
10 hanging leg lifts
15 kb swings
2 x 30 seconds kb suitcase carries
2x10 kb high pulls
