Well - a LOT of beers for the past 4 days, had pulled pork and mac and cheese from a great bbq place in town, Eli's, last night - and still maintaining weight, not gaining, so that's a plus.

Time to be "dry" for a couple of days, eat less, workout more.

WOD w/weighted vest(target reps below, may not get there for a few of the moves, primarily pull ups):
50 jumping jacks
20 burpees
20 hip ups
10 pull ups
15 med ball slams
10 dips
10 inverted rows
30 swiss ball glute bridges
30 swiss ball circular planks
10 kb figure 8's
20 push ups
15 med ball slams
10 pull ups

Ha - thanks Atriel! it got me - but i did complete it. though, as predicted - only 6 pull ups each set with this weighted vest on. cheers.

I can't do anything with a weighted vest so anything over the nothing that I can do is impressive.

Thanks HCB. I think i need to focus on cardio for a while too. Get my stamina back up for oxygen.

Thanks Lonnie. Yes that is always my goal to do more combo moves, full body moves, opposing muscle group moves, to treat it more like a cardio workout vs lifting for specific muscle groups.

Hey scrossca - if I am gassed between moves - 30ish minutes. But usually a 20 minute routine.
