It's a Merry Monday in my world, despite still no word on getting my arthritis injections any time soon. Thanks to your continuing prayers however, I am doing very well & keeping active 💪 Thank you SO much🙏🤗 Enjoyed the morning Zumba Toning session with Letty & acomandr this morning. I've graduated up to 3 lb dumbbells (from 1.5 lb). I realize that sounds laughable to some of you lifters out there...but keep in mind that I'll be turning 66 this month and have several health challenges. I've also NEVER lifted before, but Letty makes it fun and I actually think I might see some budding muscles near my batwings! I'm so excited!

Eating foods that have a lot of volume certainly works for me. I start my day with a bowl of fruit....calories between 60 to 100. It's a treat & filling. My go to snack is Smart 50 popcorn....80 calories for 2 cups of Sea Salt, 102 for Cheddar. And the sky is the limit on veggies & salad ingredients 😁

Lettuce and salad is good. I have started cooking differing veggies (hot lunch) to put on top of salad greens...it works good and is nummy--- and the apple and a glass of water always works.

Hi Crystal. I hope the treatment happens soon. I agree movement is key for arthritis relief and also a good warm up therapy and some stretches before the start of the day and after every workout. I also enjoy Letty’s class on Tuesday and Friday, also I just started last Saturday Zumba class with Acomander fast paced fun. At my age the max I can lift is between 12-15 lbs on a good joint rotation day. I applaud that you are making great progress 👍🏽keep flexing Crystal.
