As you can also see from my profile pic, I'm a female person, HansMyles is my nick ;)

I started loosing weight when I was overweight with 73kg. Before that I never had to pay attention to my weight as I could eat whatever I wanted. But as for most of the people the age-train caught up on me. I was always a gym person and addicted to my bicycle. In my early twenties I was mainly busy with weight training and some cardio. When I lived in Australia it stopped for a while and all the good food suddenly stuck to my body. I can remember the day when I went to a party in Manly (SYD) and stepped on a scale in the bathroom... It was a real shock but the scale was right! Since then, until a few years ago, I had to keep an eye on my weight. But not anymore!

It's now about 5 years that I have been living accordingly to the recommendations of medical medium. Not always 100% but more and more often (less at the beginning, now 90- 100% most of the times). I can't believe how much my health has improved as a result!

So many everyday problems have disappeared or been greatly reduced (migraines, PMS, hay fever, seasonal asthma, dry skin, thyroid problems, night blindness, brittle nails and heaps more). My weight is now finally back to where it was in my 20s, even though I eat literally tons of food! I'm very glad I managed to get away from our "industrially contaminated" food, it was a damn hard road. And I understand everyone who prefers to carry on as before, the whole market is designed for it, almost every restaurant! Endless shelves in the supermarket that original humans never needed! It's actually quite shocking where we've ended up today. More and more people are struggling with their health and weight. I feel sorry for those who don't want to/can't change their unhealthy diet and are suffering. I wish our world was different, but it isn't.
