My objective is to lead a long, physically and mentally healthy life. Having gone through a unique time with tension, worries, anxiety, and fear of the unknown was difficult for the past 15 years. By God's grace, I am here so I'm going to make the most of it because I have unfinished business here.

Nonetheless, I realize that it’s vital to protect ourselves in order to support others. Working in the IT field for the last fifteen years was no cup of tea. Working with pain, going home to sleep, and then waking up the next day to repeat the entire ordeal is not a simple feat. That isn't the kind of existence that was intended for us. This year I'm back control, I'm working on strengthen my back and ab muscles, since I hate pain medication. Hopefully, by losing the extra 30lbs this issue will be alleviated.
