I’m still trying to figure my goals up, for sure I want to maintain a healthy weight. For my height I think it’s between 100-130lbs

I’m happy with being 120-125 pounds.
I made fluctuations be part of the equation. ☺️

Yes that is why I chose to drop to 130... but my goal is 135...because there will be learning how to maintain and fluctuations too;)
